I’ll be making several stops across America on my way to the pagan wedding rite of one of my girlfriends to her new husband. After, I’m touring Canada home. But on the way (plus one stop after Canada), I’ll be doing events and pubmeets in the following U.S. locations. Come on by and hang out, and buy or get some of your books signed! I’ll have everything in stock. And if anyone wants to be my date at any of the events below, please feel welcome to message me on Facebook about it.

  • July 30 (Sunday) • Peoria, IL

I’ll be giving a speech in honor of Robert G. Ingersoll at the Peoria Library North Branch (3001 W. Grand Pkwy) at 1:30pm. I’ll be speaking on Ingersoll’s influence on me and what he might say of the world of today, in honor of local humanists who with this very event are inaugurating a Robert Ingersoll lecture series. I’ll be selling & signing my books. And we might go out for drinks after.

  • July 31 (Monday) • Des Moines, IA

Pubmeet at Juniper Moon (not-so-ironically on 2005 Ingersoll Ave.) from 7-10pm.

  • August 1 (Tuesday) • Lincoln, NE

Pubmeet at the Tam O’Shanter Lounge & Steakhouse (105 S. 25th St.) from 7-10pm.

  • August 4 (Friday) • Las Vegas, NV

Pubmeet at the Beerhaus, downtown at The Park (3784 S. Las Vegas Blvd.), from 7-9pm (although we may go longer if there’s enough interest).

  • August 9 (Wednesday) • Boise, ID

Pubmeet at Pengilly’s (513 W. Main St.) from 7-10pm.

  • August 11 (Friday) • Seattle, WA

In Seattle I’ll be debating atheist Jonathan Tweet on “What Should Atheists Conclude about the Existence of Jesus?” We’ll be using a format inspired by Daniel Dennett to explore whether rank-and-file atheists should even be on the mythicism bandwagon or not, or how they should handle the matter. This has been moved to a new, larger venue. The time and venue are now 7-9pm at the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center (4408 Delridge Way SW). I’ll of course be selling & signing all my books at the event. And we’ll likely go out for drinks after.

  • August 26 (Saturday) • Erie, PA

Pubmeet at the Sloppy Duck Saloon (726 West Bayfront Parkway) from 7-9pm. This will be my last stop after my Canada tour has ended, on my way home to Ohio. So definitely come celebrate my month-long odyssey!
