Ought this not to have been ‘we preach Christ crucified [in space]…?
or ‘a stumblingstone to *some* jews’….

Just how is the crucifixion [per se?] of Christ a stumblingstone when Paul woud’v known that this vindicates a sect of Jews who did espouse a crucified christ….
