In reply to Doston. You should have received an email to the email address you registered with. Check spam folders just in case. If nothing has arrived, then contact tech support at ted@secularactivism.org (that address is listed here). Explain that you checked your email in-boxes and spam folders and have not received a registration confirmation email.

I registered for the course last night using my PayPal account. But when I try to access the course online, I am prompted for my login username and password. The thing is, I was never asked to create a username/password when I registered for the course. So now I am unsure how to access the course.
