Contrary to what several defendants have claimed, none of the offensive behaviors I'm alleged to have engaged in occurred at any event or conference. The following linked accounts contain the evidence attesting each point here stated. Of my six alleged accusers:
1. O has not accused me of anything. I told her at a pub that I'd like to ask her out. This occurred after a speaking engagement but was not affiliated with it.
2. After she discussed interest in the possibility, I politely asked C if she would like to initiate a sexual relationship and she said no, which answer I fully respectd. This occurred in her home, not at any event. She was an acquaintance letting me crash at her place before a speaking engagement.
3. M claims my behavior occurred only in email when we were not even in the same state, and at a mutual friend's private party, unconnected with any event (if that claim is even authentic; as I relate in the linked account, I am doubtful).
4. I wrote Dadabhoy a loveletter. It was not sent during or in connection with any event or conference.
5. After she chased me down to privately express her interest in starting an open relationship, I told Frank she was welcome to ask me out in future if she ever did. This was long after any event, at someone else's home, after the event and all official and unofficial afterparties had concluded, and after I had declared I was done for the evening and intending to go to bed.
6. Lane initiated a sexual relationship with me at the 2012 Skepticon, after years of flirting with me, in person and by email, including emailing me her desire to have sex with me, in the years before that conference. We continued our sexual relationship at the American Atheist's conference of 2013, and I broke up with her (because at the time I was cheating on my wife with her and reconsidering that). Then, after my wife and I opened our marriage, I sent Lane an atrociously worded letter attempting to renew our relationship at least a week before the subsequent 2013 Skepticon, which she rejected well before the conference date. I renewed no advances or physical contact with her at that Skepticon or any other. It is therefore not possible that any actual conduct of mine she objects to can have occurred at Skepticon.
